Brian says, "i cant reply in the thread on rx8club because i cancelled my account, but if you could please post up that anyone is welcome to come to the meet we have, but if anyone starts problems there then they're going to be hassled or maybe even arrested, its as simple as that. we have a cop from the township sitting in on the meets to keep people from driving like dicks (yeah, our town is actually that small they can afford to babysit) and i dont want any problems causing everyone to get kicked out. i ended up in charge of these meets, and none of us are going to tolerate **** being started. i was wrong in the 1st place, but im working as quickly as i can to resolve it. i have one person taken care of, and im trying to get done what i need to with you."

Trust me when i say this guy is a complete wuss, those who have met/know him will tell you that, so i wouldnt worry to much about getting any kind of static from him. Im sure there will be a cop that checks in on the meet from time to time as most meets do, just to make sure the kiddies arent doin burnouts and ****. I highly doubt the cop will be at the meet and stay there the whole time just to watch the punks, but hey, who knows this place might be hurtin for action elsewhere. He has told me that he is sending money orders to cover my refund but i havent recieved them yet, he is sending them within the next couple weeks supposedly. Kid has ***** coordinating meets and inviting 8 owners who know his exploits. Whatever, he will get his one way or the other, that i am certain.

well, looks like nothing happened tonight. i didnt bother comming cuz im not gettin involved in any of this high school ****. i talk to brian's one boy, im on a team with him. Aside from being a ********, he does apparently have a job, but til i talk to him and find out where im not gonne guess, not my job. this kids not gonna lie to me, hes got nothin to lose. im trying to get the whole deal down now im curious cuz if hes not gonna bother taking care of his fuckup im gonne have him taken off the team. im not in charge, but i can get it done. correc me if im wrong, one guy got a refund right? and hes workin on the 2nd one? seems like if he refunded one guy, second guy should stay hopeful right? im gonne see if he actually takes care of refund number2 before i do anything. hate to kick him off but this **** is crazy.

the last thinh anyone needs is all these ppl speculatin and throwin around wrong info. idk who decided he dont have a job but im gonne find out for sure tomorrow. im gonne ask him straight up where an if he has one, and call and ask a super or boss. ill make sure i post up for you if he def has one or not, cuz at this point it seems pretty immportant.

Well jerseysentra, I did receive a full refund but it was through my paypal credit card, not paypal itself. So I really have no idea whether or not he sent the money back through paypal or not. If he would like to contact me with a screenshot of the transaction I would be more than willing to verify this with the community (even though I dont consider my self part of this RX8 community - I drive a protege)

I don't support the idea of starting fights with him in a public place. Doing that at a meet seems pointless as I'm sure he has friends there so I don't think you'd have a man to man confrontation. I live less than three hours from him and let me tell you I drive through Jersey on my way to NY a few times a year so if it came down to it - I would have been visiting him.

This isn't a threat - it's advice. He better watch himself. I come from a different society than him apparently because had he done that to most people in Baltimore he would have regretted it immensely. The other people he screwed over probably have his address too so its probably in his best interest to satisfy those people.

I got my money back. I don't know how but that detail isnt that important to me. Good luck fellas

He SAID he sent a money order for half the amount today and that he will send the second half next week when he gets paid. Yes we all know he is compulsive liar but i remain optimistic and think he will get the money to me. I think he understands now that just because i am in TX doesnt mean i cant create turmoil in his life, so, i believe he will pay.

confirmed: hes bein dick, but hes not lyin about having a job. he just got it a few days ago but i talked to his boss an he is workin. so i guess thts why hes finally tryin to pay you ppl back. drop dead, idk bout paypal i don use it that much but i think if you got ur money back, he had to have had somethin to do with it i mean if not then that means paypal is payin out of their pocket right? he said he put $ in there to refund one guy an thats when your refund goes thru? it seems like he put cash in and it got sent to you. idk yet ewhats goin on exactly. im still holdin off bootin him just to see what comes of all this. jones, ill be back every day, searchin for rims, so ill hear from ya if need be.

first off cops don't babysit at the wed night meets, they have better things to be doing. Second all the cops are not too fond of brian since they r the ones who arrested him. What cop is going to be cool with someone who carries a gun and hollow points. Third I dont understand why everyone is so afraid of him he doesn't have the gun anymore and if someone did come to a meet he'd just try to leave bc he knows no one will have his back bc they all know what he did to ppl and what he did is so wrong. He's just a pansy who felt tough with a gun n now that's Gone he's got nothing

No offense, but for all we know YOU could be Brian, registered under a different name and maybe even a different IP addy as well; trying to come on here and lessen the blow as parts of your posts are aimed at defending Brian. No offense to all the third parties trying to get involved - I appreciate the sentiment; however, Jones is trying to give Brian a chance to repay him. If Brian doesn't come through I'm pretty confident Jones can and will take care of him. He seems to be a pretty intelligent guy from the way he writes and he look pretty imposing. If it comes down to it, Brian can be taken to small claims court. I would GLADLY help in anyway I can. Jones, contact me if you need anything.

Also, who cares if he has a job? As long as he pays his debts. I don't care where the money came from that I got back.

If any of this affects your view of Brian - great. Thats the point of this sub forum, isn't it? Don't come on here and try to argue that someone is wrong or convince people otherwise. This is a place to present one's OWN experience with fellow members so they know who's a good/bad guy to do business with. Thats it. Everything else is hearsay and probably garbage.

I recieved an email from Brian and of course he was a bit upset that i found out where he works and that i posted it up for all to see. Let me get this out there just so there is no confusion....

PLEASE DO NOT CALL BRIANS WORK BASED OFF THE INFO I POSTED. IT WILL HURT MY CAUSE.

At least until i give the green light, because i havent recieved my money yet, and i am using this info as a "motivator" for Brian to get me my $ back, and if people call his work and get him fired, then i will likely not get my money back. Now, if he doesnt get me money to me in the time he specified, it will be open season. Thanks all.

well i figured i put some new info...i found out he hasnt started work yet bc dp dont open until may11th or so and heads up his lil trouble he got into he has court before that so with my knowledge of nj state law good luck he wont have a job if he is in jail so get smart get your money before that time bro!
