just wanted to share the awesome service at cutter mazda waipahu service center here in hawaii. brought in my car to take a look at why the seat warmer on passenger side isn't working. turns out the warming mechanism is distorted inside the cushion. they replaced the bottom cushion, no questions asked. passenger seat now smells of fresh leather

i also mentioned some discoloration on the inside of the headlight housing. it's not a condensation though. it seems like a stain inside on the top edge of both headlights. still they replaced both under warranty even if it's not a condensation as stated in the TSB. glad to have taken care of these before my car's warranty ends this year. hopefully no other problem would come up.

 

I'm surprised you even discovered the seat warmer wasn't working in Hawaii!!!!
