Assaultech : Awful Customer Service
I ordered a SPEC stage 2 clutch on 1/7. I was informed that I would have the clutch the following Tues the 12th. It never came. I contacted them on the 13th to find out when it was shipped. I was told that there was an order error and that they would overnight me the clutch since my car is down. Monday the 15th rolls around, NO CLUTCH. I contacted Eric via the forum and he said that they sent the order to spec 2x and it should be sent and that he would find out where it was and contact me. I never heard anything back. In frustration, I contacted SPEC directly. NO backorder and nothing has been received from anyone vendor or Assaultech under my name for a clutch to be shipped. I contacted them again yesterday and spoke with Dan, he took my number and said he would call me back in a little while with an answer. Guess what. No call. I called today to get no answer. I left a message requesting my money back. This is not exceptable service. To top it off the car is sold and I am sitting waiting for a 11k check because of this clutch issue. Hope you guys have better luck than me.

Jimmy, I just wanted to apologize to you publicly for your bad experience.
Somehow your order got lost in the system and although it is very rare we are human and mess up sometimes. I'm very sorry that we weren't able to deliver in time, and I wish you the best in the future. I have issued a full refund and if there's anything else that I can do personally to make it up to you please let me know.

I ordered an Exotic Speed R1-T from them last Friday, I have called, spoke to Dan, and asked him for a tracking number 2 times with no response or number sent. The last two days I have called incessantly about the tracking number and dialed every extension hoping to have someone actually pick up the phone, but no one has done so. I have left a voicemail, still no response! This really sucks!

i ordered my hi power from them a couple months back and talked to eric. i got the hi power in like two days but i ordered an hks shift **** and an hks radiator cap or oil cap idr which one. he told me they were both back-ordered that he put the order in for me and i should get it with in a month and that was like 5 months ago. he never charged my card cuz he said it wasnt gonna be charged til it was shipped so im guessing it was never shipped lol..

Just wanted to let you know, the Assaultech guys are moving to a new shop. I sent them an email for the tracking number and Dan replied back in less than 5 min!

Just wanted to let everyone know that I ordered the Tokico D-spec rear adjustment cables from Assaultech. Dan was good about answering my email questions, and they shipped them promptly.

Scared me guys, saw this pop up in my email. Thought it was something new ... was like "what did I do wrong!?" but it looks like it is from the days when Eric was still working with Assaultech.

Hey man, just saw your message again. It was not my honest intention to not send you the money. I was just the only person do everything for a while and go to stretched out. Please PM me again where you want the check sent and I will get it taken care of first thing in the morning.
