Dang, they'd better fly it directly to my house in an otherwise empty cargo helicopter packed full with microfiber cloth for $51,000. Heck, that would probably only cost $20,000.

read this quote off of wikipedia. " When getting close to the top speed during the test, May said that "the tires will only last for about fifteen minutes, but it's okay because the fuel runs out in twelve minutes."

Waste of money, you can have a better performing car for 1\10 of the price and actually be faster!

how do you figure that it handles like a whale, its actually quite a small car with millions of dollars in performance parts.

1900kg, 16l turbocrap vw engine! It is an object, not a car.
Just got have a look at any nurburgring lap times and you'll see that this powerful car really isn't up to its supercar pricetag.
7:40 'round the ring... slower than a whole bunch of cars that cost 1\10!

Last I recall I believe they were 1.7mil, not 2.1. Maybe it's changed.

And for less than half that price I rather buy an SSC Ultimate Aero and officially have the fastest car in the world. That and it being one of the few cars I would buy being American made for my country's pride

Handles better than a rx-8.

For 2 million plus, it better, but to say it handles like a whale... what do you have besides the 8?

Must have a couple of porsches and ferraris in the driveway.

That's like people with Scion TC saying RX-8 is slow as a dog.

i do have a cavallino in my driveway indeed...
But that's not the point anyway. They should market it as a super luxury car, not as the superfast ultrawow sports car that it is not. 1900kg and 1001hp with some turbochargers and 16litres of engine?
There are cars doing 600+hp on a 6l engine, NA!

I'm not saying that it is not fast on the straights but heck, that is far away from being a true sports car. A luxury GT? sure!
