looks to me it was a stolen vehicle and then dumped on the highway and lit on fire..... thats how they do in NEWARK NJ.

You need to apply the Nash theory of equilibrium to your strategy.

You don't ask the hottest girl out. You ask out the 2nd hottest girl in front of the hottest girl so the hot girl gets jealous and wants you to ask her out to prove to herself that she's still the hottest.

Maybe a clogged cat...the driver could have pulled over due to poor performance, CEL, or bogged down. Then, the interior upholstry catches...and you make it on a website!

Just guessing but I've heard of that happening to all types of cars.
