looks to me it was a stolen vehicle and then dumped on the highway and lit on fire..... thats how they do in NEWARK NJ.

Maybe a clogged cat...the driver could have pulled over due to poor performance, CEL, or bogged down. Then, the interior upholstry catches...and you make it on a website!

Just guessing but I've heard of that happening to all types of cars.
