Sports car: An automobile equipped for racing, especially an aerodynamically shaped one-passenger or two-passenger vehicle having a low center of gravity and steering and suspension designed for precise control at high speeds.
Sports Car - Generally any car that offers good performance or fun. Usually a two-door, two seat car, but sometimes they are sport sedans.
Supercar - A supercar is generally a car that does one or several things quite well, usually in speed and/or acceleration.
Grand Touring: (GT) A term used for a sportier car.
roadster: 1. An open automobile having a single seat in the front for two or three people and a rumble seat or luggage compartment in the back. 2. A horse for riding on a road.
Roadster - An open automobile having a front seat and a rumble seat
As you guys can see the definitions vary. I think it is all in the eye of the beholder. If a WRX owner wants to call his car a GT or a sports car, more power to him. The rally cars outperform the 8 so they're sports cars in my book.
I like the term "econosports".

So you also don't consider an AWD porsche a sports car? I think the awd porsche is the Carerra 4S, but i could be wrong. I do know that they have at least one awd version though.
