Unless your friend is a teenager/early 20 year old, I would say that it is worth it. The fact that you would be upgrading from a FWD car to a RWD car alone makes it worth it. On the other hand, if you friend is a younger dude I think that the insurance costs would make this move a colossal waste of money. Owning a Camaro at a young age is like throwing your money in the trash.
