Hence, 1.6 liter * 2 = 3.2 aka 16X.

(1st post, Hi everyone!)

zoom44, is there a detailed writeup on that? This site has an equivalence calculation that I thought was pretty logical (bottom of the page).

By that logic, Renesis is a 2.6 L 6-cyl. equivalent. Then R26B should be a 5.2 L 12-cyl. equivalent, but FIA classified it as a 4.7 L.

sure you need to find rotarygod's posts about his tuning with the megasquirt. when he tried using the base map for a 2.6 liter it was very lean so he had to move ot the 3.0l to just get it running as a place to start tuning from

and actually looking back myself just now it was actually the 3.6l tuning he needed to use

last 2 posts here https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...irt#post970275

and the full megassquirt thread here https://www.rx8club.com/showthread.p...ght=megasquirt
