im thinking the first one might be the same car as in the first video i posted but with a newer engine and paint job. in the video you can see the "S" which looks like the "s" in skips in the first pic

 

well i tracked the origin of the pic to this thread on ausrotary http://webcache.googleusercontent.co...www.google.com

but it turns out that it was taken at the adelaide extreme hp show in 2004 .

and it seems it was Corey Armstrong's 20B which ran 7.49 175 MPH


of course the newer video up there of Corey in Phil Laird's car is running in the 6's so .....
