RejeX

Didn't know if this should go in the Show & Shine area or not, so if it gets moved, whatever...

While I don't have an 8 (yet) I read about at least one other member using RejeX instead of Zaino or other waxes, so I figured I'd give it a try on my Civic.

Holy crap.

I love this stuff, it goes on everything - windows, paint, mirrors, lamps. It's one of the most effortless products I have ever used before in terms of removal (although I did find that the longer it dried, the harder it was to remove, like most products). My car is a light silver color, and I've always been satisfied with the shine from Meguiar's Gold Class wax in the past - but I was getting the most crisp, clearest reflections I've ever seen off my car. There's a thunderstorm outside right now and I'm watching the rain just bounce off. I'll put up some pictures as soon as the weather is a bit nicer.

At $20/16oz. bottle, it's not cheap, but I covered my car with about half a bottle, and probably used too much. They say it's guaranteed (money back) to last a minimum of 4 months, but with care I can hopefully extend that to 6 or 9, reducing the frequency of my waxes.

The way the water rolls right off is awesome, especially since you can put in on the windows (other than the windshield). I should never have problems with rain again, with this on all the other windows and the coating my silicone wiper blades have built up on the front.

RejeX is awesome!! I read about it here and put it on my new Jeep Liberty Limited. Wow! The stuff rocks. I will not go back to wax ever. Here is my story:

Update:

Even dirt is no match for this stuff - after driving down a dirty road the other day, I had a bunch of grass and dust stuck to the back end of my car (rain + dirt = mess). We had a brief thunderstorm go through, and it washed it all away! In my experience, the back bumper of my car gets dirty very quickly and won't come clean without some effort from me, but I didn't have to touch it this time.
