I was there . Talked to the RX-7 driver and team.
Watched them push the Hondud into the trailer.
THEY OPENED A CAN OF WHOOOOOP *** on the Hondud.
Had a video of the races but lost it when my PC's hard drive died.

 

and if i recall correct the honda had a fake no2 tank and messed that up in the nego.... i hate that show, and watch it every week....

i would like to see the 3 rotor turbo from rico vs almost anything they could throw at it.... i mean it is just and 8....

and when they looked at each others cars, who would have any idea what a turbo 3 rotor is.... other that the rx7 owner...

that my friend would be entertainment...

Why no track times, seems like if you build a car like that and it's legit you take it to the track, or at least make some crazy street racing vids

If that car does 0-100 in 8 seconds that's pretty fast, certainly faster than my car, but there are plenty of street driven cars out there that would whoop it.

 

Yea the fake bottle was pure genious. I don't suspect the civic hatch really had much in it. Gutted, stickers and a B- sumpin motor, clapped out slicks. Yea it looked the part and if the RX-7 wouldn't a sand bagged the 1st run it woulds been a clean sweep to 3 wins.
The Mazda showed up with a serious "A" game and the last run was the only time it probably really came on the boost and was anywhere near full potential.
The Honda dude was like yea hope he likes that pink POS Jokes on him.
