It's good to have a first time winner again. It breaks up the monotony. The mechanical issues made this race as unpredictable as a race should be.

Williams seemed to fall. I guess that was to be expected along with a Mercedes win. Raikkonen seems not to be up to the standard you would expect for a former champion.

Not allowing engine development during the season is proving to be totally retarded.

We can all agree that my blessings over the years taught him of at least another place where he can stick that finger.

Also no tire warmers for next year either.

But they are allowing variable length intake trumpets next year, ala our lovely Mazda 787B!

Watching practice today, I saw a bunch of cars having problems on the track. I was thinking Räikkönen won't have that problem. He isn't fast enough.

Yesterday (or the day before), Autoweek reported that Ferrari would carry Haas Automation sponsorship on their cars. I thought, ah-ha, The Haas F1 team will be using Ferrari drivetrain when they start in 2016.
I was thinking too small. During the practice broadcast this morning, on NBC Sports, it was reported that Haas F1 may become a junior team to Ferrari. As, Toro Rosso is to Red Bull.

Why did Hamilton abort, did he make a mistake on the final run?...I must have missed that bit on the telecast.

The NBC Sports deems that Tour de France is more important than F1. I will watch it on the local spanish station and monitor the updates on F1.com live timing.

Ferrari is covering up Räikkönen's wrecked car to hide secrets? Is there anyone that could go faster by copying Ferrari?

It's funny although not in the least humorous; we've lost most of the F1 interest on this forum and in this thread.

The German race was packed with action with all kinds of strategies and overtakes, the risk of rain, etc. Lewis from 20th to 2nd. AMAZING!

Is it the foolish rules of the FIA including the quiet cars? Why so little interest here? I suspect all of F1 is losing appeal, not just here

Paul.
