thanks shinka, yeah the i can see hwo the race was still exciting. Ham was doing well in the 30 car as well they were bouncing around the top 10 for a while till they finilly placed out of the top 15 and then went off course.

Next week will deffinitly be exciting, does anyone have the TV schedule yet? I want to watch the Indy 500 as well and F1 also has the Super Monoca GP that same weekend if i can stay up to watch it.

 

Welcome. Although it is annoying that you have to click on "high quality" to get the video to have reasonable res. Should be the default or a setting.

The Limerock race starts at 2:00pm on Speed (May 26th). I'll be there and tired when I get back but if they do well I'll put highlights from that up too (assuming my cranky ***** recorder works).

Not sure what the big deal was but as I kept walking from T2 to T5 people were standing around and taking pics of this bat mobile looking car parked next to mine.
I'd still take the red one.

I was at the race too! Not happy about the result!! They should of won 1st place!! Although, I must say the corkscrew braking zone is tricky as I driven on it during track events. I almost lost control of my car when I brake there w/o DSC and traction control.

Also, that Telmex guy need to get punished for bumping into the #70 on turn 3.. It was so obvious that it was intentional!! On TV and in person!

currently 4 but they are starting to cycle thru pit stops, i think there is the 70, 30, 35 and 69 all in the top 10 (all mazdas). i heard an interview with porche, they sounded like they were complaing, babies everyone has their bad day / track.

 

Finished 3rd. Not a win but good to be on the podium!

Yup, they came in 2nd, and there were a total of 3 8's in the top 10, not bad considering the track really favored the Pontiacs with the heavier car and better suspension travel.

 

70 speedsource - 2nd
69 speedsource - 8th
30 car -9th

pontaiac had a little mistake on the 3rd to last lap like mazda did last week.
to move the 70 car to second. this should move speedcoure into 3rd place overall?

I went to the race today at Limerock. Those Pontiacs ran tough...our group got to talk to Tremblay and Nick & the crew this morning, and they said ending the Pontiac streak today was going to be tough. They ran a great race today though, and finished with a 2nd place podium spot!
