I guess its time.

I guess its time to move on, it was fun while it lasted. I have recently received orders to California, and with those orders the RX8 must go. I love the car but i cant see it making street legal power and reliability. I havent traded it in yet but it looks like i am going to trade it in for a 2003 Evo. Just seems like a better fit to my wants/needs. A car seat cannot be fit into the rx8 lol. i might have to move the seat up in the evo but i know i can fit it in there. Dont worry because all is not lost within the next 2 yrs i will be picking up my project car... i plan to keep the evo for a DD and build an FD Rx7 as a weekend warrior. i dont have kids yet and none on the way or in the near future but i just cant keep the 8 forever and i figured i should just cut losses and end the pain quickly. the evo will allow me to have lower payments more room and a hell of a lot more power. and from what i have seen it handles pretty damn well also. So its goodbye for now to the rotary but it will forever be in my heart and hopefully soon in my hands again.

Have fun with it.

Also be prepared for all the people who will flame you for getting rid of your 8. Apparently it's the only car worth having.

Sounds like a smart move if it will save you money. Your going to need that money to dump into the project FD 7 weekend warrior.
