Oops, my bad. Sorry about that.

Buick equals quality and reliabilty.

Best value for your money on an american car.

Of course I like Pontiacs' too.

That GTO sucks!

I have the exact opinion......I've owned pretty much nothing but Toyotas and rotary Mazdas.....

I will never own anything but a Toyota and Rotary Mazda......why? Toyotas are reliable as death, hold their value and serve my needs for anything...if I need a boring family hauler, I'll get a Camry or Corolla, if I need a Truck, the Tacoma or Tundra works great.....for my Toy, I'll always have an old RWD Corolla or Celica to play with......I also have a spot for a rotary too.....

How can you even voice an opinion if you've only owned Toyotas and Mazdas? That's like saying crap sandwiches are bad without even trying one.

They make big profits on SUVs and there's huge demand.
The problem is that they don't make big profits on SUVs anymore. Now, not only does every other car company make and SUV, rising gas prices have reduced demand. The former cash-cows are now the biggest losers. American car companies can't survive on Trucks and SUVs anymore -- they are going to have to figure out how to make cars or at least die trying. Ford has Mazda -- which puts them way ahead I think.

the point of that post is that american cars has alot of body roll like if the body's about to fly off the chassy. and that there dash board ,door panels are plastic , there v8's are weak for there size. now is this plain enough for you

btw i was trying to post like if i was talking in proper english like that guy in the lexus commercials. the ls430 with its elegent style and form.

which american cars do you speak of? last i checked the camry/altima/accord etc has alot of body roll as well (people who drive family sedans and econo cars, for the most part, aren't diving into the corners like most of us). The corvette, mustang, 4th gen f-bodies did/do not, and I hardly think their underpowered, sure they could have alot more power for the size of the engines, but then your dealing with gas guzzler taxes, high insurance, etc. More power is easily had and all that expensive if the owner wants it. But hey, whatever....JDM rules

lol, it's not really a jap-american comparison only, it's the companies themselves. Look how mitsubishi is kicking but, lol, they may be gone before Buick. Notice too the great quality builds of the germans and the mercedes and BMS's lately?? Amazing that pesky little Hyundai is getting better ratings than many Jap-German or American cars. Hell, if I was wanting a four door sedan would seriouly consider the Sonata over many others.
