F1 Racing

Just saw on the news that they are working out a deal to bring f1 racing back to the US, and building a race track from the ground up right here in Austin!

here's to hoping it doesn't flop

i bet a main reason they won the bid (if there was a bidding process) was relatively cheap land for a completely new setup

Exactly... imagine the difference in revenue demand in order to make it a profitable venture in each location.

There was a race that was held in houston a while back, but that ended a few years ago I think.
