A bit of a vauge claim.

In UK, the normal Spec STI is 265 HP, not the 300 like the US. They do have the WR1 in UK though which is 325 HP and a lot nicer looking then the STi in my opinion.

 

It's also a Japanese 8...so 250HP? The STI should still be a bit faster.

 

Still alot faster. That's...

a) 250ps not hp (= 247hp ish)

b) that published info is as honest as the US 247 and then 238hp.

c) Japanese owners complain that it isn't 250ps.

d) Japanese tuners are dynoing at similar numbers to US tuners.
