Question for current or previous Scooby owners, but have you guys ever run into issue with teh fuel pump?

The fiance's car in the past 2 weeks has had an issue turning over. Crank speed seems normal, but never fires. Requires me to turn ignition off, then retry in a few seconds.

Just wondering if fuel pump is something typically replaced on subies.
