nah i think hondas are cool (s2k, and some times nsx) but the car is hmm how can i say it poliety, Ugly. its nice he has all this power , but the thing is just plain ulgy. from black looking thunder strikes on the side of his car (something i would add to a MSshop ) to this hideous looking front bumper (looks like a transformers face) to Dumbo ear looking doors.
did this guy like sit in his room and actually thought these ideas on how to make his car look ugly.
its pretty sad that the guy has all this money to spend , just ot make a car look fulgy. i give him props on the numbers. as for style, he needs send a letter to MTV , to see if they can Pimp his ride.
but yah nice job with the engine.

Hey Im a lurker here, former 8 owner and I love the 8 so just lurk here to learn about the car and read the awesome threads some people create here, I saw your post Rhawb and thought id share my input. Yes Julio lives in Orlando and the reason you do not recognize the area in the video is because he came down to have his car worked on down here in my town, sunrise florida, by all jap performance. All jap works mostly on hondas and I can vouch as I am a eye witness on this car, the motor is stock aside from turbo and tuning. Car is amazingly fast even though it is a honda, i know i know, honda FTL. But facts are facts, car is a beast for real. Just thought i'd share my two cents.

In a car with that much power, you really wouldn't be able to put all that power to the ground in any situation but a top-gear (or maybe 4th gear) pull unless you're running around on some fat drag slicks. I don't even know if you'd be able to even tap into its powerband on a road course aside from maybe down a straightaway. It's cool that so much power has been squeezed out of that engine, but due to the drive layout, I'd imagine situations where that power can be enjoyed would be few and far between.

It's a Cavalier
Ugh, I'm annoyed. Damn I hate when those guys get on it in the wrong places... I have my fair share of fun, but I do it safely at the right place and time.
He had some guy turn left in front of him at the end of the first video. A couple seconds earlier, and it might have been pretty ugly.
"Regular" drivers don't understand that kind of speed. They can't size up somebody coming at them at 100+ and they'll do stupid **** like change lanes or turn in front of them.
I have a simple rule that I always abide by... don't speed through intersections. Ever.
He takes it to the highway on the second video, which I respect, but decides to make his pull in the slow lane. That was smart. Der.
That guy represents the worst out there... has enough money to trick out his Civic to over 500whp, but not enough sense to command it. He could be in school zone, and you know if he got challenged by an Evo, STi or whatever, he would hit it no matter what. They don't think but 2 seconds into the future.

^^Yea you could tell that on-coming car hesitated a little before yanking the car left to make that turn. Just a little more hesitation and it would have been Fubar city. Sad part is, due to it being a civic, he's gonna feel like he has to PROVE himself to every sports/tuner car he comes upon on the street. I wouldnt be all that surprised to learn this fella gets his license yanked, wraps that thing around a pole or worse case, cause someone else to wreck here in the near future (if hasnt already). Hopefully he learns some restraint/etiquette w/ regards to impromtu meetings with hot cars on busy streets.

there is an srt4 around where i live, actually owned by a college park police officer, with about 450whp. apparently he has traction problems. he tried to run the quarter mile on street tires (max he can run is 225) and he ran a 14.5 because he burned through first, second, and third.
lol.
