20b swap

Im looking to swap the stock engine in my 2007 touring edition rx8 . From my standpoint it all looks like nothing but good.but I'm no gear head could any of you enlighten me on the pros and cons of this project

The pro is that It's faster. The con is that its expensive.

It also throws off the 50/50 weight distribution. Much heavier than a 13b.
