I'd buy it. Only I don't have that kinda cash lying 'round. =o/

I would probably wind up pulling, preserving and storing the entire stock driveline, and drop in a renesis + current 6-speed in it. (10B parts, AFAIK, are made of Unobtanium.)

How I wish Mazda would build something like this again.. they're smaller than a Miata. C'mon, mazda.. 220 hp in a 2000 pound chassis... do it!

Jay Leno has one of the 8 in the country, and he put a turbo RX-7 motor in it.

^That was briefly featured in a Classic Motorsports last year.

The Cosmo on eBay was up there last month, bidding ended ~47k, not sold (obviously).

Yes, but what you forgot to mention that was important is that Jay owns a BC RX-8.


Now if we could just get him on the forum, go slip a flyer in the mail...
