Rattling noise from the car

Hey anybody here experiences a rattling noise from the car especially when it go across a road bumps or something rocky? There's a consistent sound that comes from my car, sounds like something is jumping up and down whenever I go through road bumps........

Hey bro

I do.. and I m sure alot of us do.. It gets to your nerve I know.

For the trouble shooting, I realise it comes from the lights front and back.
And also the roof padding, which seems to have some metallic materials.
