on the registration card, it will be printed... then next to it the owner's name so 1st is your name and your new number on the 1st page of the registration card,
second page there are tabular cells...
1st cell would be change of number
2nd cell would be change of owner.
then u are off with a new plate

anyway, do u guyz buy the bodykit from japan or malaysia itself? im looking for a good wing spoiler to fit my car, but it seems too costly for me to order everything from japan....any good recommendation that i can find in mal then ship it over here?
