bro lennon, may i ask what is the proper procedure for repainting the "shinning oil" on the cf hood? when during nite time, all the small scratch from polishing can be seen clearly under the light. wa.. heart pain. but day time, it looks shinny.

edit: any suggestion on removing those circular small scratches on the cf hood? i believe that's caused by polishing.

The hairline scratches are more probably caused by washing the car (sponge/cloth). Polishing actually removes the scratches. Try sending the car for waxing. That oughta do the trick.

I saw a sticker on a 4x4 just now that there will be "Ultimate Street Tuners" event at bkt jalil from 27th Apr till 1st May.
For the heavily modded 8s i.e Lennon & Wood u should go and represent the rx8 club.
For stock 8s like myself, we'll convoy there to give u guys mental support.
Those event really sucks!!!! Unless they're willing to pay me, i not thinking of gettin my car there....

the bad thing is when i got it back from repainting the hood last week, the result is actually worst than before it was brand new.

when i asked how he did the painting work, he said, 1st, waxing, then removing wax, 2nd, repainting the "shinning oil", i believe the small scratches was done on 1st stage when applying the waxing machine on the surface of it, so when the transparent oil applied on the hood, the scratches are still under the layer. thats why i wanna know whats the proper procedure.

but he promised to check it again after cny.

i think INGS rear spoiler only for "pretty" lah...it won't give u any downforce when u at high speed.U want downforce the only thing is GT-Wing...the higher the better the best is same like "Aeroplane hahahaha.....or i suggest u to lower down ur car then u won't feel floating during highspeed...cheersss..GONG XI FATT CHAI
