aiyo. my friend bought an rx8 in sabah for 160k only. type S, no bodykit, cause no need. too much new kit out liaw. car condition can say like new. engine also i check liaw, and test drive. very very new. expensive la bro.

 

That one got bodykit, exhaust and GT Wing mah..... GT wing alone cost 6k......

How i know....never say got GT-wing included ler...u see the car before ah?If u say the price ok i think should be no problem already

 

but bro i will never get a car come wif after market bodykit unless tat's the kit i 1....anyway,my 2 cents only lah....cheersss

Thanks bro for the replies and advice. The 03 has around 12k on the clock and 04 has around 8k. Consider low or now. I didn't like the GT wing. Thought carbon fiber but only maybe sticker or surface layer only. Will shop around to look at more cars. Any suggestion guys?

 

i suggest u buy car without mods. or if u are looking for perfomance, bring lennon when u go see car.

I've done it. Don't feel no difference also. Only difference is the Throttle Body is cooler than before. Prior to the mod, I used to burn my fingers whenever I touch the TB.

I DIY-ed. Took about 1 hour. It's a bitch trying to get to the tube at the bottom of the Throttle Body. But with the right tools you should be OK.

Follow the DIY instructions - they're clear enough.

 

Lennon - Good to know you did it too. Any difference felt? Water temps lower? Oil temps?

 

yehui, 03-12km, 04-8km consider very low man. my 04 also 12k when bought.

 

sometimes it really hard to believe how low the mileage are. i don't know whether its possible to change it or not. but how can all these car get so lowmileage? all the cars in dealer are around 7k to 10k plus.

 

hey guys,
if u did the throttle body by pass, make sure u guys let the car warn up enough when u cold start your car. jangan kasih rosak your engine bearing. its a good mod for our climate though.

 

Cant felt anything.... my engine always so hot.....

 

Arrrrr..... What can possibly throttle bypass did to engine bearing?????? No relation at all.......
