The Boy-mazda speed.....etc (not even bodykit,for exhaust system also can lah so that next time got ppl wan to know then can discuss which exhaust is better mam)

just my 2 cent...coz i would like to see malaysia club members got different kit on their car...that's look awesome

About the RE-Remap i maybe cannnot meet u guys liao..maybe only ok...as i need to go shanghai be naughty boy for while...will let u guys know k.as lennon say who else comfirmed will come down to sg for remap?

hi all big-big brother in this great forum, i plan to get a 2nd hand rx8 in penang, but very worry about rotary engine service in penang. do u all know any machanic can repair rx8 in penang ? & any good bargain in penang to get a rx8 ? thanks.

 

to repair is a pain in the ***. to service is easy. u just need to know what to do a where to get stuffs for servicing. i think wangan have em all.

 

Sent my 8 for servicing @ LINKS Sunway last thursday....... Kee recomended MOTUL 15W50 mineral based oil (Rm23 a bottle)..... Replaced oilfilter with TRUST unit (Rm48) and Replaced Spark Plugs with NGK RE9B-T & RE7A-L (Rm650 )........

Labour was 50bux.........

Car feels much better now with new plugs........

 

..rm23 per bottle..??....how much liter is that?..

 

1 litre...... they put in 4.5 litres..... paid for 5 bottles.

 

tq, look like i need to reconsider before i step into the pain, i'm worry that 1 day when i get into my 8 & it woldn't start, i don't know where should i sent it to repair but i love the 8 very much...

 

I think u worried too much already.

 

dont worry bout it just get it if u like. for servicing, can take to any mechanic u trust. each time service u just need engine oil and oil filter, both of which u can get in pg. at a normal reasonable price too.

 

haha...i tot so....at 1st i wuz like whoa.....too good to be true man....even shell mineral oil is arnd rm50++......

 

Finally I got my RX8. Mutiara gave me a new Trust MX Exhaust. But I have to use Autoexe exhaust so who wants to buy the Trust MX?

Selling at RM2500 installation inclusive. Use for only 2 days so far. Still on my car. Taking it out next week.

New one is about RM3k.

 

thats great! but how come gotta use auto exe ekzos? what specs did u get?, post a pic la... if u dont mind, how much did u get it for?

 

I have to use autoexe exhaust because I am a dealer for Autoexe.
My car is a low spec one.

 

effie! 15W50 mineral?!!?!?!? where did u get them? is it possible to have W50 mineral grade? hey lennon is this true? RM23 per bottle is damn cheap compare to others.
bro those Spark plug is damn expensive la. i got mine for RM450 at N1.

 

..rm450 at N1??.....they quote me RM 340 to me la Ben just b4 puase time.....

well...rm23 for a 1L is not that bad at all.......

but i change to shell mineral oil oready this week and it feels great....the engine note even sounds better......(not sure whether is it me or a psychology thingy...)..
