Very nice... I don't care what anyone else says, I REALLY like the look of those doors.

But, could you take a pic of them with the rear doors open as well? Just curious as to how easy/difficult it is to maneuver in and out of the back. Thanks!

Right - the rear-door operation would be the deal breaker, imo.

I actually didn't want lambo doors because they seem to be in the way, and make it difficult for people to get in and out of the car.
Until I saw these doors that a guy here did. I've actually sat in the car, and the doors are completely out of the way. They go a full 90'.
The rear doors are unchanged.

It would be very difficult in closing the a 90 degrees door when u are outside. and its even more difficult or almost impossible to close the door when u are in the car on the car seat.

But if u have very long and strong arms, one can still be able to reach for the doors and close it. if not u would have to reach up in order to close it.

I think the 90 makes much more sense, the 45's would get in the way when you enter or exit. I would be concerned with how hard the 90's would be to grab hold of and shut. But they do look very cool.

Of cos it would not be as easy as the original door (when fully opened)

But in Singapore the parking lots are so close to each other.

With the lambo door getting in and out is much more easier than teh original door under these situations.

Nope. Its a piece of cake.

I installed the GT Factory system in my car at the beginning of October. The trick is in the strut selection.
The RX-8 doors are pretty light, so it requires fairly light-duty gas struts to hold it open.
When I get in, I just take the door down with me. Its light as a feather.

When the door is easy to open that means that newton of the hyraulic strut is high. therefore its difficult to close the door.

Did u know that GrRx8MaZdA did try to sell it off before installing the lambo door kit. But his asking price is not much diff from a new one. Therefore had to install on his car.

If its so good why sell?

Any way. u will have to try it yourself in order to decide. Cos u may not like what I or other's had .

foo77, Morgan didn't install his own set of vertical doors on his ride so I'm sure he is not offended. Ha ha... GrRx8MaZdA tried to sell his vertical door kit but ended up installing on his own car. We don't know the real reason, so let's not speculate if it's good or not. If it's REALLY BAD, I think he would not have installed it or would have removed it after installation. BTW, come to think of it, Morgan, why didn't you install your vertical doors?

Anyway, there are different camps on the topic of vertical doors, no right or wrong. Some love it, some hate it but this is an open forum and I support foo77's right to express his opinions. If you are someone who love vertical doors, get it, install it, enjoy the benefits and live with the drawbacks. If you are someone who hates it, think it's silly and impractical, don't install it lor.

If its so good why sell?

First i couldn't find a good mechanic to do the job perfect!!ITS GREECE MATE!!We don't have tons of good mechanics and i didn't want the doors to shut my head!!

Second at that time i needed some money..I found the money and kept the doors and then found one of the best in Greece-KIROS EXTREME-who installed my doors perfect!!

There is not another reason for selling them then...And i won't take them of!!Never!!
