There will be a dyno shootout at The Xtreme Nights on the 10th and 11th of November 2006 at Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.

Don't believe everything that you see on the net. There are always secret agendas somewhere. If the HP really makes you sick, then change to a MT but does that really makes you happy?

You should be proud of your own 8, MT or AT. You should know what it can and cannot do. Everyone knows the potential of rotary. Don't be put down.

Anyway the torque curve looks funny to me.

But to my horror, I lost to every single Celica that was there that night...SS1 AT or SS2 AT....our 8 AT just didn't stand a chance. I was using manual shifting up to 7500rpm and torque braking method for my launch.

Now....there is a good 70bhp difference in power between the SS1 and 8...go figure that out...
When a s15 got better times than a skyline. Does this mean the s15 has more power, is a better car or maybe (crucially) have a better driver?

No offense intended. Takumi drives a lower spec car.

Probably...

Is the 168bhp car AT or 6-speed?

dyno vs on road performance are different me thinks. a lower spec car keiichi tsuchiya drove. won against cars which had more hp and probably better dyno results he did. total balance the key is.

hehe.

If yours did 151 rwhp, then there is still hope for the AT

Was it on a dynapack or roller mill?
