this is the statement to make. its people who go the extra mile that are rewarded in the future. If a person does well, i will not hesitate to recommend. then he gets continuous business. else every father mother son can be a property agent and make millions. its tough work in sales, but thats where you separate out the wheat from the chaff.in sales as long as you have the mindset of protecting the customer and take care of his interest, then you'll go far. if all you want is a quick buck, then thats what you get.

wahliew, what's this? I just read this thread and am very surprised to find out that 'kum cheng' (<--cantonese) can come into what should be an arms length sales n service issue. 1 PI goes through a lot of trouble, the other PI also does the same right? In the end, part of the motive is also to earn $$ right? Cannot be just out of goodwill.... So just let the buyer make the best decision he can. No obligations + effort = good service. Introduction or no introduction from any of the bros here, that's part n parcel of the customer service line.

NEway, congrats suilenroc! No need to wait 3 mths like me!

...but I dun mind cos just collected my baby on the 5th, no time to post pics cos v busy. As agreed w/ GR, everything I asked for and more, earlier delivery than promised, without being asked found buyer for my old ride so that I get back a few thousand above scrap ... peace of mind, lah. Like mkl22 sed, if a person does well, i will not hesitate to recommend. Now lets see their after-sales....

In the end, no matter who we buy from, what matters is that we drive an RX8. I think you will like the car very much, unless you already drive porsche lah.

Ok, back to original topic...

IF and only IF the suspension and steering assembly are different for the AT (specced with smaller wheels) and the MT, (ie the MT is stronger), there is a possibility that the 'prominent' mechanic (i think i know who) has a point. Bigger diameter = greater gyroscopic rigidity and precessional force. Thoughts?

Grats to you too rumboo. The wait is really killing me. Even tho i only have to wait 2 weeks, its already mind wrecking, cant imagine u having to wait 3 months. -_-"

Im pretty sure ill enjoy the car as it is. I bought the car with alot of external resistance from peers, family and colleagues, quoting stupid, throw money down the drain and impractical. lol. But well, im sure its worth it.

Thanks

hi there, i was also told that the 4AT suspension is not meant for 18" rims too. In fact i do feel that the original suspension is harder (drives like a pick up sometimes) when i fitted the18" rims. Now tt i have changed to type s suspension and the ride is a lot more comfortable. however i do not know about the damage part on the suspension. my original suspension seems ok even after fitting with 18" for 6 months.
