Sat Nav

I have come to conclusion that any cars orderd with sat nav are on the second ship. It is not about tit cars coming in first, a number of you that have red cars on order will be receiving them in early November. Wish I never orderd the sat nav - held my delivery up by at least 4/5 weeks

Way I see it, I saved £2700 anyhow. I dont want leather , and I dont need satnav. Least of all at their price.

My comiserations. I just decided against sat nav, and have queue jumped you by almost a month.

But look on the bright side, just a few weeks later you'll be able to boast about playing with your pop up screen, and you'll be the only one that doesn't get lost on the way to the owners club meet!

Cheers

I don't think it's a simple as that. I don't have Sat Nav either and ordered a few months before you but I am still after you with my delivery date. There's something else to factor into the equation but I haven't sussed what it is yet.

I keep saying this - but nobody seems to listen... THERE IS NO PATTERN. The cars were loaded onto the boats by chimps in no particular order whatsoever.

Edo, you're doing chimps a disservice.

I think that Mazda UK compiled a list of people on the forums who have upset them and delayed their cars a small bit on purpose!

Attached is a picture of the sophisticated tools used by Mazda to select which customers will get their cars first:

If I buy a chimp in no particular order, will my car arrive any sooner? How much do they cost? :D :D

Yes - but wait til you see what state it's in when you get it! I've heard the smell of fish in the heating system stays with the car forever! :p

Anils- they will probably drop yours off the top of the transporter and say 'ooops!':D

Andy, I hope so. Then I'll make it very expensive for them that they'll have to give me a free one.

You may be in for a pleasant surprise - Here in Southern California I ordered my Red RX8 without SatNav last January 19th - Imagine my dismay when in July the dealer told me mine would arrive at the end of September... but if I wanted to change to one WITH SatNav I could have one that very day as 10 RX8's had been delivered, ALL with SATNav!
With a $2000 mark-up for SatNav, Mazda made sure those were delivered first.
That might be the case for the UK!!

BTW - The car is a BLAST!:D :D :D
