Good luck Oilman. Know what these big companies are like! I agree with you. Effectively you pre-ordered well before 1 March so there should be no doubt about your eligibility for the draw. Not so sure that Mazda will see it like that. And even if they say that they agree with you, who's to say they will enter you in the draw anyway. (Just thought i would continue the conspiracy theory line)!!!

Can't say I'm too bothered about the draw but I hope one of you lot on here wins it.
I lived in Tokyo for 8 months last year and have seen far too much :D
Make a great trip especially to see the Hiroshima factory etc...

Went in to have it out with my dealer today, but no joy.
Apparently the way their dealership is structured the salesmen are purely that, they don't deal with the order process.
Someone else does the ordering in the office, and the salesman who was there (not the guy I usually talk to) was told that the orders were being placed on Saturday. To his knowledge he knew no more than that. This guy who does the ordering only works Monday to Friday but was in on Saturday because it was new Registration day.
I have been given the name of the guy that does the ordering and told that he will be in the office by 8am tomorrow morning.
Guess who his first phone call tomorrow will be from? :D

Got my EP number
WAHHOOOOO!
Called in at my dealer this morning and signed the T&Cs.
Dealer showed me my order on the website, confirmed my order as EP47! He managed to enter it on the 28th as soon as it was up.
Well chuffed that I am in the first 50, though I dont expect it to make any differerence as long as Im part of the first batch.
Hope those of you having trouble get it sorted out asap.

At last, talked to the bloke doing the orders today.
After some pursuading he entered my details and printed of the T+C's which I will sign this evening.
Thanks to Tinck's post of the T+C address i told him I already knew the contents and aggreed the terms as printed, therefore he could go ahead and confirm my order there and then.
