yep, i think it can. your car is still very new. some ppl here in greece have seen 263@8400rpm, slightly downhill though and had about 10k in the odometer...
wow, you were running low on gas...

Durn... I only managed 231 (144mph) - shift warning in 5th was going but I stayed in gear. That was just me but with luggage for a 2-week holiday (inc tent) plus a few bottles of wine. It was also very slightly uphill.
I was surprised that 6th seemed to pull at the same speed - I'd always assumed you'd hit vmax in 5th rather than 6th.
Didn't get any higher because the surface changed at that point so I slowed down before my all my teeth fell out. :D
(This was in North-Rhine Westphalia somewhere but I forget where.)
My other vmax attempt was brought to a sudden halt by one lorry pulling around another a mile ahead - needless to say on a stretch of autobahn where this was forbidden in daylight hours. I bet they wouldn't have done that if I'd been in an LHD car.

Ive had 152mph out of mine, dont know what that is in kph, it seamed to run out of steam just about 1000 rpm shy of the "beep", couldnt get it to go faster

Well, being in the states and all I can't really try the speed out unless I'm out somewhere where cops are definitely going to be not an issue but I've got yet to see that...especially here in Texas. I wish we had an autobahn
I had mine up to 296.1km/h last saturday :D
