I ordered mine about 4 weeks ago, they got one side but still waiting for the other

like i said, they were 26.43 each + tx

what's the part number for these and are they legal for use in Canada? I heard our regulations allow for the european norms and I think in Europe they can use clear corners... Anyone knows?
