For the marks that the seat belt leaves on the seat plastic at the headrest level. My dealer can't find one.

 

What? Where? How?

It's the first that I hear of this. Maybe it doesn't fall under a TSB, more of a "Change this because it's broke and my car's still under warranty".

I had a problem with my driver seat when I had my miata. A staple was sticking through the carpet near the gear shifter. It poked a hole in my seat and tore a gash on the side. They replaced the seat.

 

There's a US one. Not sure about a Canadian one..
