well, lately ive had trouble with my car starting long cranks sometimes have to crank it 2-3 times. my local mazda dealer (Winnipeg: Gerry Gordons) basically told me that i dont have a legitamate complaint because i told them about my complaint and asked if i was eligable for the starter update because i was researching the problem. has anyone else gotten this upgrade? do you find your dealership hassles you everytime it comes to warranty?

EDIT: btw, he said next week mazda is releasing a new PCM update and along with that i will be getting the revised spark plugs.
