The interior is the same as the Shinka, with Parchment colour monochromatic seats (lighter beige, all one colour rather than black with inserts). An RX-8-internet-illiterate might not be aware of the Shinka name used in the US.
Now that I think of it, I had a couple of e-mails from a guy who bought one of the Canadian Shinkas in Calgary, I'll check later and see what he called it.

Hey BlueFrenzy was that you I saw yesterday out in the NE? I was heading North on 52ave...I think I was near Mcknight Blvd. I saw a blue at the intersection and waved.

Okay... Here are two today.... 7:30 ish this morning, Blue, Spoiler, Southbound 14th street. SW.
Next... went to my son's school today.. noticed a Titanium with silver tinted windows, in the faculty parking lot... SW Calgary, Anyone here?

A couple of sightings for me over the weekend.
Saw the Shinka (pardon me ... Special Edition) I saw before on Saturday night. It parked right behind my 8 at Seanachie in West Hills.
Saw a Blue heading east on Memorial Drive on Sunday morning, just before the Centre Street bridge.

saw a WB at chinook in the parkade on monday night, had a chrome gas cap.

So yesterday I saw a blue 8 on 16Ave heading west at around Deerfoot. I was going east so I didn't catch a good glimpse at the details (appearance package I think).
Also today, I saw my first Nordic Green. A male driver made a U-turn on 36th St NE at 24 Ave (Sunridge mall area). I was at the stop light and I waved and I think the female passenger saw me but totally ignored me.

So yesterday at my work's parking lot I spotted a familiar looking 8. Lamfc I know that it you! I pulled up beside you to take the pic. But why are you parking with the commoners and not by where I park?

John, new owner 2 months old. (Bleed red tinting on windows) in the SW... hasn't signed in here yet... Welcome - Hope to see you at the meets.
Also a Red heading north on Macleod - Turned East on Heritage. Nice Red... sorry to see you go rear ended... nasty dent. Anyone Here?
And a Black heading south on Macleod Yesterday.

There is a Titanium 8 always parked at the Superstore at South Trail Crossing. Is that anybody here?
There is another Titanium in Prestwick Village in McKenzie Towne, about 5 blocks from me. I haven't checked if it's the same car.
