Has anyone ordered from them in Canada, or wherever you did order from, what type of duties and shipping costs did you pay? Looking into a kit from them possibly and just wondering if there's some ridiculous costs that our good old Canadian border is going to throw my way. Thanks.

 

Toronto RX-7 Club did several times of group buy from Shine Auto before, on shipping rear diffusers, side skirts and front bumper etc. I recall their big box can fit like 4 diffusers or something, and its around $250. Since its Made In USA, Shine Auto claims there shouldn't be import tax or something. RX-7 Club group buy last time didn't hit tax either, if I remember correctly.

But communication is a big problem from Shine Auto (Ken). He rarely replies e-mail, nor pick up phone calls. You have to call them like 5-7 times to reach him once. Or maybe he will call back you. Super busy guy

 

Deal with them twice, didnt payed duties but payed alot of broker fees and shipping was not cheap via ups

 

Yeah, I called today, he picked up first time. Great service, he said they include broker fees, duties and all that in the initial shipping cost. Shine Auto Project it is.
