I was with my dog picking up my father from work in Virgil when I saw a silver RX-8 drive down the road. I waited until he drove back and he actually came up the driveway towards me. Anyways, I waved to the guy hoping that he'd found the place he was looking for and/or would stop and ask for directions. He waved back but just went down the other ramp and off on his way. I wanted him to stop so I could talk to him. Oh well, anyone from here?


P.S. - my cars in storage so its not like he wouldve known I have an 8 myself (Seeing as I look even younger than I am)

Coming back from ERin Mills Mazda I joined onto the 403 and saw a Black GT with appearance package (less side deflectors). Pretty much drove together until I got off at 400 from the 401. I'm having a hell of a time keeping my car clean in this weather, this black was CLEAN!

 

I also saw a black one on Dundas going west just before it hits the 403. Driver was a blonde woman. I'm sure Mic must have tried to talk to her at one point over the past six months.

 

I seen a black one w/steelie and winter tires in Oshawa last night, and then about 10mins later I seen a VR with summer rims and tires! <-- I guess he never seen the tons of snow that was on the ground!

 

Saw a Winning Blue going north on Dixie passed Derry rd around 2:15 I think. Looked clean too.

 

Saw a Tit Grey last night at Elements on Lawrence around Warden.
Saw a Tit Grey this morning at Avenue and Fairlawn.
I wasn't about to wave to either of them as I was in my old MX-3 at the time. They'd think I was some kind of wannabe - which I am when I'm in my MX-3 I suppose

 

So I finally saw another 8. It was a nicely cleaned yellow! If i actually saw that color when i was picking out the 8 i may have actually gotten that instead of black. Saw him going down the gardiner towards the QEW/427 split last night at around 6ish.

last night. there was a guy and a girl in the car.. didn't want to wave cuz they guy might have thought i was waving @ his girl happened betwen 6pm - 6:30pm..

 

Spotted a Black 8 with a spoiler hiding in a garage in Grimsby. Was a house between Livingston and Main.

Saw a Winning Blue right here in my town of Bolton making a left onto Healy Drive this morning.

 

Saw two today within an hour. Around 3:00PM a Silver one southbound on Liverpool Rd. by the Loblaws in Pickering; I was in my Winning Blue turning left into the Loblaws lot. On my way home, around 4:00PM, saw a very shiny Black one westbound on Bayly and Westney in Ajax. Anyone of these belong to members in the Club?

 

Saw a Blue 8 today around 8:45am I think. Passed me on the 407 around Bathurst Dufferin, and took off up the ramp on Keele. Had a spoiler.

Yesterday, a Black 8 turning left (south) on Liberty in Scarborough towards Finch around 11:30am

 

Sauga Boy, you should put a sticker on all your trucks that say "Honk if you have a RX-8"!!!! You'll be getting the horn everywhere you go!!!!

 

HAHAHA, ya I know, I'd look like all the kids who always wave to me and give me thumbs up if I wave to them in my truck. Was going to wave to the Dude on Pharmacy, but he turned his head to check traffic on the other side.

 

Correction, that Black 8 was turning onto Pharmacy, and not Liberty, my bad

 

Silver 8 going east on 401 inbetween Mississauga rd and Mavis at 5:15pm. Had a air dam in the front.

I've spotted one basically everywhere, but Port Credit.

A red 8 southbound on the 404, just past Bloomington I believer at 8:35, was changing lanes from the middle to the left. The dude had a dark coat on (black I guess), and had gunmetal wheels (hope they weren't steelies)

 

Saw my first white one driving west on Major Mac. I was driving in the opposite direction this morning at ~8:45am.

I've had my 8 for two weeks, and have yet to spot another on the road. I travel 20Km's one way to work each day out to the airport area, but have yet to spot another.
