I think it a reasonable price man. Nearly $6000 off. MRSp is 39k plus moonroof 1k. Now u can get it for 34k. And remember to tell them u can get $2500 mazdaspeed accessories. i wish i could get this good deal at the time i bought mine. As for the mpg, u can expect it a lil bit more than a v6 engine.

Price is fine. You're not going to get much better than that if the car is used or new. Is the car a demo, or is it remaining stock from the 2005 model year? In fact, not to make you paranoid or anything, but if it IS from a Mazda dealer, then I would take a good look at why it's so cheap...

The car, in a word, is bad on gas. It's going to be nowhere near reasonable unless you think 14-15L/100km is OK. But it's a sports car - you're not buying it for practicality, really.

anyone know how low you can get one for now I'm thinking of buying one if I decide to stay in Canada, got an offer to move to China but I'm not sure I wanna spend the next 2 years there, also if I can score a really good deal on a RX-8 might be a good reason to stay, I've been waiting to buy this car for some time now and I love driving, (ex-pats cant and wouldnt want to drive there)

You think 32 or 33 k would be possible on a new GT with no options?

I don't know if an RX-8 is a good enough reason to hold you back here in Canada if you really, really must go - but it sounds like if it is a factor that you must not want to go in the first place. Buy the car, say that the warranty only works in Canada, and therefore, you must stay. You get the car. You stay in Canada. How convenient!

that's just nuts.. I paid so much more for my 8.. Before taxes and my little upgrades it was 39k.. And after the few things I added (strakes, spoiler, extended warrenty) it was 50,000 on the road

Timing is everything, '05 cash deals are amazing.

But, don't feel bad. He is also buying a car that comes standard with a one year depreciation without the benefit of driving it for year. Plus, these cash deal are great...if you got the cash. A good (i.e. 1%) financing rate could be just as attractive.

Price of used 05 MT GT with 15000km?

I've been following the thread on price of new 05s but wondering if someone can help with pricing for a used one.

How much should I expect to pay dealer (before taxes) for a used 05 MT GT moonroof, with 15000km? Cash deal.

Thanks, ..Roger

(P.S. Sorry I accidently cross-posted as initial post was in wrong thread)
