Hi, I've talked with Scott from Mazsport and he said that the dual midpipe is a deleted cat pipe... If you want to smell one without a cat, we should meet sometime. I'am on south shore to. Mont-Saint-Hilaire.

Lived in Mtl, I'm now in Chambly and working at Mont Saint-Hilaire.

Just got my Black 8 a week ago... loving it and I also like to learn about it.

And MontrealRocketeer, i'd like to see your turbo 8, seems crazy !!!

They promised me I would get my car back for Friday. BTW I had a transmission rebuilt because my 2nd gear syncros were screwed.

For the place... I don't have any idea... Quartier DIX 30 could be a good solution. There is plenty of space, plus if it rain there is also a lot of space underground.

Normally, the problem with the second gear with the RX-8, it's because of the clutch cable... But I don't know your case.

I'm fine with monday. But no one mentionned the time :-) And quartier dix 30 parking is huge, we could all be in the same parking without seeing each other.

Concerning my transmission, you think that my clutch cable have something to do with my worned syncros ? I tought that I was in cause, I remember having forced the transmission into 2nd at very high speed by accident. (it was in the first weeks I had my car)

I was lunching downtown Thursday, in 15 minutes I have seen 3 rx-8. I don't know where you look! Only on the south shore, I can easily count almost 10 rx-8.
The rx seems to be very popular here.


BTW. I got my car back. They couldn't put back all the pieces of my transmission, so they called Mazda to order a new one. So at the end, I waited 3 weeks and only 2 days of the three weeks were actually efficient work. All the rest was a waste of time ! I was realy pissed of a them. At least they washed my car and waxed my tires.

My new transmission is butter smooth. Really cool !
