WTF? The Fast & The Furious 3 RX8 crash..
here are some sneak peek photos of the cars used in TF&TF3 movie.... shot in Jap land...

The 8 actually does not look that bad, certainly not like the 350z parked behind it. Looks like the z gets crashed a lot, judging by the two inside the fence, one intact and the other with the back covered.
I guess we can assume that they spent more money on cars than they did on acting talent for this one?

I thought those FD's would be red and black, not orange?
Oh yeah, the 8 doesn't look like it was modified. My guess is that it might be one of the extra cars on the movie that gets hit and that's it.

There are 3 all together 2 damaged/covered and 1 not.

last week a guy approached me and said that he was a stunt driver on the movie and that he loved the 8....in fact he said that it was hard to crash it because it was such a sturdy car...he also said that it was fast as hell and fun to slide and spin....

Fast as hell eh? I guess he is one of those stunt drivers who usually pilots bread vans into buildings and off bridges. I really can't get over how ugly these cars are. THe women in this fil will have to be seriously hot to make up for it.

Poor rx8, poor poor 350z and i dont have much sympothy for the scion xb. Well, i'm tiered of fast and furious movies, i think they should just stop it but the cars are cool, just don't like all the vinyl and stickers but yeah, poor rx8.

looks like the Z and EVO (again!?) will be the main cars, while the FD may get a couple of scenes... and the rest looks like a one scene extra....
something i have photoshopped earlier..... close enough to give you an idea i reckon

I'm okay with our cars not having a major role in a ricer infested movie. Although it looks like there is an attempt to move away from that.
