I hope you are not gonna be like the 911s putting dirt and the apex cone marker in the middle of the track.

I'd be more than happy following you for an in-car shot of your drifting finesse on track.

Just so that everyone is aware, at this point we have 11 poeple confirmed. That means a cost of $440 per person. This may on the day or later this week reduce down. However for the moment can I ask people to check their PM's and pay half this amount ($220). I will sort out the balance on the day.

Regards

Andrew

I'm heading after lunchtime from the city probably about 14:00. I should get to Benalla by about 16:30. Hey... we gotta eat - dinner as a group should be a great idea.

Same here .... why don't we make a time to meet at the Shell Petrol Station at Donnybrooke (cnr of Hume and Donnybrooke Road) and travel up together?

The same place we meet to travel to Wakefield.... for auzoom, ILIV48, 8000rpm, and xatnep....

Im considering heading up via the Melba and Yea (I'll be leaving from Templestowe area) and then to Euroa via Merton, it's almost the same distance but marginally longer time wise and infintely more interesting. Plan to leave around 1400 as well so if I go that way we would be at Benalla around 1645. If we go the other way we can meet up at Donnybrook, will probably decide Saturday...Is everyone staying at the Top Of the Town?

Tim,

That I would love to do with you. I have a certain device that I am "trialing" that might detect if someone were perhaps trying to see how fast you were going. But that aside its a nicer drive that way. I am also going to be staying at Top Town. Mentioned earlier that i am willing to share a room if anyone wants to.

whtdc2 and myself will not do a lot of sight seeing.

We will go directly with minimal turning and at minimal speed from our homes since we are travelling on semis. I think Stu is planning the same. I know it is boring .

I also stay in top town but sharing with whtdc2.

I want to ask Ross and Janet if they have a DVD player there. Have some DVD to show to pass the night after dinner.

Ok thats good, I'll have my mate Paul with me (professional detailer) so he may have some words of wisdom for anyone wanting info on detailing the 8. We can swing by your way on the way through since its close and head out from there..
I like the car cost idea, it means I can let Paul have a lap or 2 if he wants to.
Question: Does the $440 include the licence for the day?
Tim

I probably can't make it for 14:30 @ Donnybrook. I know for a fact that when my friends organise to meet for lunch at 12:30... they'll pop up at 13:00. Oh well... I'll see everyone there this Sunday arvo at Top of the Town Motel.
