Taka Does Kylie
No I am not. But I rather have my hand on her ***
I and my bosses think Kylie is at Epworth and if so the specimen will be handled my Melbourne Path in the city.
Well I am just guessing... it is only pure guess. The report said that she was having treatment yesterday and going under the knife today....
It could mean one thing to me. There is a method to find the lymphatic drainage of the part of the breast that have cancer and select that part of axilla to sample lymph nodes. Then the lymph nodes are sectioned and to find any distant spread of the cancer. This method is call sentinal node biopsy. They inject a dye or radioactive isotope 24 hours prior and at surgery the surgeon will use a receiver to go for the axilla... much like bip bip bip.... beeeeeeeep. :D than he/she will take out that lymph node. This is the alternative method then the axillary dissection where the whole set of lymph nodes are removed, giving her a fat arm
There are 2 options generally for breast cancer operation locally. One is masectomy where the breast is removed or alternatively wide local excision (breast preservation surgery) where the cancer and the small but adequate amount of normal breast tissue is removed. Either method... Kylie can hide the surgery or augment the breast at the same time.... so during the concert no one can see any difference.... but for wide local excision.. she may need to do radiotherapy --- so I think she could be out for 3 months.
What am I going to do with the Kylie ticket??? I will keep them for you

Negative... you are a radiologist, right?
. You will not publish Kylie to have breast cancer with only the U/S and mammogram result right? What happen if it is a fat necrosis or a atypical fibroadenoma. I am sure they have had FNA + tissue core diagnosis before publishing her illness. Hope you agree with my thinking
.
I am sure you love to examine Danni's for sure..... they are augmented rgiht?

This actually takes the forum to a new low and I thought Taka's previous effort was bad enough. I still wake up screaming...
Congratulations, I'm revolted and impressed! And again I agree with Mr T, the **** is definitely a better prospect!

I heard from some people are saying that Kylie was opearted on at Cabrini by Dr. Jennifer Senior and removed a golf ball size tumour
That is big. I think. How big is a golf ball?

Careful Taka, if the others find out you don't know anything about golf you'll be drummed out of the medical profession.
Next thing we know you'll be telling us your handwriting is legible and you don't self-prescribe. :D
If it really was golf ball sized I wouldn't hold out hope of seeing her spinning around in hot pants any time soon (if ever).
All bad jokes aside, let's hope she recovers okay - far too young to die.

Well I think she is ok.
I have seen Jenny Senior's work on my bench every now and then and she does veyr good work.
According to my boss she is a bit strange (professioanlly).
I think we will not see Kylie for a while ... she will have radio and chemo...
