just wondering if anyone on here has the smb rx8 exhuast and how is it perfromance wise and sound ... i've beeen to the website but i dont wanna know what they fink of there own exhuast i wanna here what other ppl say b4 i think about getting it cheeers

 

SMB (if it is the same SMB i am thinking of)...................... I did put a SMB 4inch cat on my car last time, and i think it didn't have enough back pressure, and my it did damage to my car and where i had to change a new engine. what i am trying to say ain't that SMB is bad, but for rotary u really need something that build for it and design for it. go for something like RE-amemiya, Feed, R-magic, or some other brand its made for it or a good brand, like apexi, greddy, HKS.

Yes I have one.Mine is acrtually that rx8 on the smb website and I am on my way out there now. I highly recommend it. The guys are great out there and the exhaust has been great. I replaced my hi-tech exhaust with a complete system from smb including high flow cat and midpipe and they are just finishing off the extractors now..

 

If it means anything, I had their complete exhaust from downpipe back on my FD. The quality, welds, sound, and flow were all excellent. So much so that I've been talking to Grant from SMB for my 8 now. I should have it next month..
