March Fast Fours magazine has an add claiming that RUF have a 220kw RX8 at the flywheel.

They are using a Haltech ECU , Full Exhaust System , Cold Air Induction , Whiteline handling package.

Too good to be true but why not if they can prove it. I know as a fact people get about 30ps @ flywheel from the similar setup from full exhaust and ECU.

im flat out monday to friday...
when taka is here, i might grab him on the saturday and go for a visit (thats if they open on saturdays)
i dont think ingleburn is far from where i am :o

 

better yet get them to give you a test drive. it should feel alot faster than std with an extra ~40kw

or not. They might have "estimated" the power from flywheel.

 

they may have estimated the power but if it dosn't feel any quicker then it's not 220kw anywhere and the estimate is BS and not worth our time and money.

 

I suppose that is why the only dyno that counts in the end is the long, straight, black one. :D
