pepe, it is designed to remove oil from a dipstick.......a washable piece of foam inside, wipes the dipstick when you push it through the hole.
Even comes in Winning Blue & Velocity Red so you can colour match it with your under bonnet trim.....

And yes, I hadn't noticed the logo before.....another member in the States has one the same as the good doctor's....maybe he could upgrade to this one!
