REACT/Canberra: Cruise and Coffee: 9 Nov
Hi,
Join REACT, Canberra's Car club for Rotary Enthusiasts, at 1.30pm in the Carpark on University Drive South, Uni of Canberra for a cruise down the Cotter road to Cuppacumbalong, an old homestead, where they have beautiful trees, good food and, most importantly, coffee!
The cruise route will take us through out through Belconnen to the Old Cotter pub where we will regroup before heading (at a sedate pace!) to the Coffee Venue.
Getting there
The meeting point is quite easy to find, however it does not appear in the Canberra street directory. The directions below will assist anyone unfamiliar with the location.
Enter UC from the South Gate on College St, drive down Kirinari St and over the large concrete speed bump. Turn left into University Drive South and then enter the car park to the immediate right. University Drive South and this carpark do not appear in the Canberra street directory.

Melbourne is a bit of a hike from Canberra
and might require a bit more than 2 weeks planning
I'm sure the Melbourne guys will have another meet soon. As far as I know there isn't a dedicated Mazda Rotary club in Victoria
. There wasn't one in Canberra either which is why we started REACT.

When I get around to it
I didn't end up taking that many good shots. Partly due to trying to be too tricky with the digicam and partly due to having too much fun chatting to people.
Also, there are sadly, in my camera, no good shots of the RX-8
I will ask REACT's unofficial photographer if he got any.
