I am definately in.. I will arrive Saturday and leave Sunday afternoon/night after the cruisec 
Where should I book into on Saturday night so that I can be ready for the cruise on time?? Are you guys using radios???

This will be a cruise not to be missed, as it will be an awsum day for both u and your RX8
. Woronora Dam is a great place to start the day, not only is the drive great but the scenary is also excellent 
. Woronora Dam will be a great place for us to take photo's and have a mini pitstop. There are also a number of different areas at this location, that would accomodate our club and cars adequately.
Upon Departure from Woronora Dam, we would then cruise down the NEW scenic route to Wollongong . This new road has only been re-opened a week or two now. Which incorporates a new bridge near Stanwell Tops, that has some spectacular views along the way. In fact the majority of the cruise from Woronora Dam thru to Wollongong via this road has million dollar ocean views .
We will then arrive at one of Wollongong's famous attraction the Lighthouse, where we will relax and have some refreshments along with lunch and as always a friendly chat, b4 returning to our home's Sydney/Canberra/Melbourne/QLD etc. Food and drinks/alcohol would need to be purchased pre-hand, which im sure we can arrange prior to this event. Photo's will also be taken throughout the day which I will post, but please bring your cameras and video camera's along too, because theres never enough photo's taken .

- Depart @11:15am to allow time for any1 thats a tad late

- Approx. @11:40am
Depart @1st Destination Point(Woronora Dam)
- Approx. @12:00pm
Arrive @Final Destination Wollongongs Lighthouse
- Approx. @1:00pm
Departure from Wollongong Lighthouse
- Head back to Sydney in the RX8 convoy before dark.
Petrol: 1/2 - 3/4 tank will get you thru the day, so please prepare accordingly.
There are also threads on both Websites, RX8.com forum about this cruise. And my phone number will also be available to those that request it, if you think you mite need to contact me on the day.

Because im sure you wouldn't want to miss out on the 1st RX8 cruise of the year would you . For the Guys n Girls travelling from Canberra or wollongong for this cruise, U have a few options. Radios would be a good idea. I might buy one - suggest some of you do the same. From memory they're only about $40.

good point Dave , i mite just have to buy one of these radio's . Mite go look for 1 this week . Hope there not too expensive , as my car is going thru a bit of a modification stage in the next few months so I need to save some money were possible. Coz it would be good to have a radio 4 these cruises and future cruises.
