I hope your wallet is a large as your drems. I cant see that coming in under $250k here in Australia, despite the estimate 100k in the US.

Having said that, its an awesome car. 300 odd Nm all the way to 7.5k RPM!

A wicked looking thing alright.

Have to say though, on looks alone I'd still prefer an AM Vantage in that price bracket (something tells me I'd never get close to appreciating any other differences between the two).

These type of cars are best purchased second hand , unless you have big $$$$ to waste .

I WILL BE PATIENT AND WAIT FOR ONE OF THESE CARS EITHER THE Aston Matin Vantage or the R8 TO COME ON TO THE MARKET Second hand

Mate of mine finances a lot of these expensive toys there are allways bargaings to be had .

IN 1989 after the Stock market crash i picked up a 5 month old 911 Porsche for $90,000 below its new price it had 5000km on the clock

YOU ARE SELLING YOURSELF SHORT , invest in the Right shares , Super and Property and you can easily get both of them .

Imagine spending time on the ASX becoming kwoledgeable on different stocks instead of the forum on the RX8 you could make big $$$$$

You misunderstood me. I'm saying with my skill level I doubt I'd appreciate any performance differences between the two, so on looks alone I'd prefer the Vantage for that price range.

BTW, I know plenty of people who made a small fortune on the stock market...they started with a large one.

I'd buy an Aston over the Audi ... I prefer getting feedback from my car than just going fast ...

... I'm presuming the Audi will be rather anaesthetic to drive.

it looks like it's concept car from the i-robot movie

since the car is from the Lamborghini Gallardo platform inwhich audi now owns, it could still have the big understeer problems from the gallardo? or it's just a gallardo rebadged? might be cheaper for them to make it too, since less R&D is required.

but if i had those kind of cash i'd rather get a 911 turbo or a F430 instead.
